Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
There are several categories of merchandise that cannot be returned. Customised products, discounted products and holiday related products (such as Halloween and Christmas) cannot be returned.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Process

Non-Quality Issues: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you must request a return within 72 hours of receiving the item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Quality problem: If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days and provide valid evidence (e.g. photos). For confirmed quality problems, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer it to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a while for the refund to officially arrive. If you have done all of the above steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at vip@newmeforyou.com.

Returns
To return an item, please mail it to Jiangxia Street, Chepi Street, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

If you are returning an expensive item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
